SOLUTIONS

Purpose:
This feasibility study will be a controlled process to identify public market capital strategies, opportunities, and mandates with regards to acceptable international standards and investment banking criteria. The study will also serve as justification to support solutions and alternatives based upon an assessment of costs and technical benefits of the proposed capital enhancement strategy.

The overall purpose of the feasibility study is to provide support documentation and confidence that the recommended action for IPO (Initial Public Offering), reverse merger, merger, refinancing, or acquisition; is the most viable solution (can be done, should be done, will be done). A positive outcome of the feasibility process will produce a comprehensive outline of necessary actions and contingencies for further implementation and capital infusion.

Objectives:
  • Determine potential strategies and capital solutions.
  • Legal Consideration- Determine strategy within the legal framework for both international concerns and government reporting regulation.
  • Economic Feasibility: Financial analysis, corporate structuring, profitability milestones, and growth horizon.
  • Strategic Feasibility: Cost to benefit analysis for specific alternative solutions.
  • Technical Feasibility: Consideration of proprietary technology
    (When applicable)
  • Schedule Feasibility: Realistic timing, practicality, and funding requirement analysis.
  • Operational Feasibility: Human capital resource analysis, need identification, and strategic partner recommendations.
  • Gauge underwriter and investment banking interest based upon corporate fundamentals, market timing, public peer comparisons, and industry sector.
